Riesling (Rising Tide) $17.99 Our grapes come from Rheinhessen, Germany where traditional dry-style Rieslings are produced. Keeping with this style, our wine is lightly fruity with a citrus flavor, has nice acidity, and finishes semi-dry. It pairs well with salads, pastas, pizzas, and seafood.
Gewürztraminer (Jerwertz) $16.99 These grapes are picked in Lonsheim, Germany near Rheinhessen. Spice characterizes this wine. A light lychee flavor of peach and rose shines through as well to offer some complexity. We let it ferment a little longer to give it a touch of dryness. Pair it with spicy dishes, sharp cheese, or a favorite German entree.
Chardonnay (Sharada) $17.99 Burgundy, France is the origin of these grapes for our wine. Pear fruitiness begins the taste, followed by smoothness, and a dry oaked finish. A hint of butter is noticeable as well. Pair this with a Maine Lobster, mussels, and steamers dipped in butter.
Moscato (Mamalange) $16.99 Some of the finest Moscato grapes come from the Piedmont region of Asti in Italy. We produce a dry, aromatic version which locals often consume. Most people think of very sweet, dessert-like wines for Moscato. Our rendition has subtle fruit and honey with a distinct nose. The smooth finish makes this wine easy to drink all by itself, but it pairs easily with cheese and salami.
Pinot Grigio (White Pine) To be released soon.
