This unique wine is produced by first fermenting the apples to a full dryness.  We then blend the apple with an imported black currant reserve to give the wine an aromatic finish and sharp taste which mirrors the liqueur Cr'me de Cassis. In the United Kingdom, black currant juice is often mixed with apple cider to make a drink called "Cider & Black". Like this popular pub drink, our wine combines these natural complementary flavors to yield a truly unique profile which will become rich and tawny as it ages.
