Apple Rasberry 2007

This wine is made from the russet apple, which is known for exceptional quality in the production of wine. The raspberries are then fermented separately, yielding semi-sweet and aromatic flavors. The strong esters of the raspberry are blended with the dryness of the fully fermented apple, yielding a fruit wine which has a pronounced raspberry profile with an apple finish.
